The Wooly Women:
Moe
Wooly? You bet! Always an artistic sort, it was no surprise to friends and family when Moe turned to fiber arts. It was only after filling her home, Lonach Farm, with every sort of animal imaginable that people grew suspicious. Secret DNA tests, using organic material found in her hairbrush, show that she actually possesses the genetic material of both shetland and Icelandic sheep, and even a small amount of angora rabbit and domestic canine. That would certainly explain why she's always knitting her own hair into things. Whether a genetically enhanced spinner and knitter of fine woolen products, or simply someone who spends too much time in the barn is hard to tell, but you'll appreciate her knack with wool.
Suzy
Another wooly woman, Suzy moved to New Hampshire all the way from Alaska, where she was born and raised (by Sheep? A distinct possibility). While all super-heroes are secretive, it is speculated that Suzy's uncanny ability to knit huge lace patterns from memory while holding a glass of wine in one hand and a remote control in the other, may have developed after being bitten by a radioactive Musk-ox. Luckily, no other super-sheeply abilities have manifested, although she's been known to eat raw kale from the stem.
